Barili is a coastal municipality in the island province of Cebu.
The municipality has a land area of 122.21 square kilometers or 47.19 square miles which constitutes 2.47% of Cebu's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 80,715. This represented 2.43% of the total population of Cebu province, or 1.00% of the overall population of the Central Visayas region.
