Sagbayan, formerly known as Borja, is a landlocked municipality in the island province of Bohol.
The municipality has a land area of 69.61 square kilometers or 26.88 square miles which constitutes 1.46% of Bohol's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 24,335. This represented 1.75% of the total population of Bohol province, or 0.30% of the overall population of the Central Visayas region.
