M'lang is a municipality in the landlocked province of Cotabato.
The municipality has a land area of 312.13 square kilometers or 120.51 square miles which constitutes 3.35% of Cotabato's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 98,195. This represented 6.59% of the total population of Cotabato province, or 2.00% of the overall population of the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
