Carmen is a municipality in the landlocked province of Cotabato.
The municipality has a land area of 1,110.43 square kilometers or 428.74 square miles which constitutes 11.92% of Cotabato's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 107,603. This represented 7.22% of the total population of Cotabato province, or 2.20% of the overall population of the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
