Sapad is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Lanao del Norte.
The municipality has a land area of 140.03 square kilometers or 54.07 square miles which constitutes 4.17% of Lanao del Norte's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 22,974.
