Kalayaan, formerly known as Longos, is a municipality in the landlocked province of Laguna.
The municipality has a land area of 46.60 square kilometers or 17.99 square miles which constitutes 2.42% of Laguna's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 24,755. This represented 0.73% of the total population of Laguna province, or 0.15% of the overall population of the CALABARZON region.
