San Manuel, formerly known as Callang, is a landlocked municipality in the coastal province of Isabela.
The municipality has a land area of 112.77 square kilometers or 43.54 square miles which constitutes 0.86% of Isabela's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 34,085. This represented 2.01% of the total population of Isabela province, or 0.92% of the overall population of the Cagayan Valley region.
