Mayoyao is a municipality in the landlocked province of Ifugao.
The municipality has a land area of 238.05 square kilometers or 91.91 square miles which constitutes 9.09% of Ifugao's total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 15,621. This represented 7.53% of the total population of Ifugao province, or 0.87% of the overall population of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
